Performance Based Yoga: Increasing mental concentration and improving flexibility and balance to preventing common injuries and honing skills in a particular sport. Whether by creating an entire training program for elite athletes or by simply integrating a few yoga poses. Through the practice of yoga, elite athletes and weekend warriors alike can benefit from this type of balance. This is especially true when athletes have pushed their bodies to the max, resulting in weakness or injury. Yoga can restore a weakened body and build it back up.

Ashtanga Vinyasa:
Ashtanga yoga is a method of yoga that involves synchronizing the breath and a progressive series of postures with a goal of producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies the muscles and the organs and results in improved circulation, a stronger body and a calmer mind, among other benefits. This is best incorporated during the off season.

PRIVATE INSTRUCTION:
I understand that in the day to day hustle and bustle we have little time. So packing an extra bag each morning just adds one more thing to our to-do list. It is my goal to make your life easier by COMING TO YOU. A personalized practice will be designed for you that is specifically tailored to your individual needs and requirements, giving special attention to fitness level, goals, strength, and injury history.
A good personalized yoga session depends on an open line of communication between the instructor and the student.
